AppleTree

A multi-module intraday system built from mechanical NQ research. AppleTree and Grimmwood Apple share the same research family, but express that edge through distinct rule sets.

Product definition

One NQ research branch, multiple internal decision modules.

AppleTree is the multi-sleeve branch of Acerbre's mechanical NQ family. The public description is structural rather than formulaic; research thresholds and signal formulas remain part of the compiled implementation.

01 · Signal layer

Independent entry logic

AppleTree contains three separately triggered intraday sleeves. Each sleeve has its own market condition, directional rules and permitted trading window. A sleeve can remain inactive while another qualifies.

02 · Risk layer

Shared risk scaling

The user selects a single risk percentage. AppleTree scales the internal sleeve risk budgets from the validated base configuration rather than exposing dozens of tuning parameters.

03 · State layer

Defined lifecycle rules

Entries, stops, state exits, timed exits and hard-flat behavior are part of the strategy implementation. Licensing is not used as a substitute for position-risk management.

Client surface

Deliberately constrained.

AppleTree is not distributed as a parameter playground. The commercial interface limits the user to the portfolio risk scale while validated strategy constants remain embedded in the build.
